How to use Simlock Recovery procedure:
If you have a dead phone (can not enter in Local Mode, can not Power-On) and if you think that simlock/security area is not damaged:
1. make full backup from phone with [BEST] software !
2. repair phone (f.e. backup, erase, flash, restore backup repair cd etc. etc.)
3. restore simlock/security data from initial backup image with [BEST] software
What is the main purpose of this operation: you do not need to pay for RPL in that situation !

Here is video how-to.

Really this need for much phones, like N8,C5,E52,E55,5530 and much others. Nokia was done too much bugs and use crap FLASH ic's, bad solder and etc, so, that is reason why phones dead to that state.

In near time SL restore will be improved for : SL30 phones(c5-03,X3-02 and same) , restore completely broken simlock ( if it possible )
But it not repair.
Who knows, what will be next.

BEST not support yet this CPU for reading flash.
You can dump flash with ATF, but it will take toooo much time.
