Also was check on XP - It work, but I have latest custom-made version with sp3, so, will try more "clear" WinXP.

So - Install NCCD ( Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver ) Latest
Install WinUSB drivers ( on support )
And try. Connect powered Off phone when holding Volume Up button.
Should find device - if not - need manually install to thos - "Nokia USB connectivity" driver (Manual in Device Manager -> Driver - > Update -> Select from List -> Nokia USB connectivity )

after installing v1.38 i run the software and its showing 1.37.1 why is that? and im running the file from where the setup is installing it

maybe no need other tool about nokia if BEST.....SOON RELEASE repair simlock corup sl3 like 5130,2700c etc...not unlock sl3.
