Got locked phone? It ask for service provider code? Show Restricted Sim and not accept sim card?
Connect phone to BEST. Press Read Info , or Read Flash - BEST show info about phone and SimLock state.
If it locked - go to Unlock Tab , press upload job. If you have enough credits on balance (40) - it will be uploaded. After estimated time (you can check it here : http://service.infinity-best.com:82/status.php ) -press Check/Unlock - with connected phone and you will see your code. Or you can get it in Infinity Online Services under your account.

As you can see - ALL is same as SL3 and not require special skills/knowledge.

Is this possible to creat or get rpl file for damaged nokia mtk phones ?
Many phones are running in market which are damaged by other tools and now showing contact service ,imei like 12345 or ????????? sign.
