Did you use flash file according your product code? Try for start use SW 1030.xxx just to check.

If I find exactly such sample - can make fix for such cases. It dead after FOTA?

yes, product code match at the back of label. i try also 1030.xxx firmware same error Header NOT ACCEPTED! Image Can't be flashed

Ok , thanks for info. This phone was dead after fota or any other way?
My test sample LM 620 was dead after fota , and it repaired without any problem. Need know exactly what happen, to try reconstruct this case.

I don't know what is exact history of the phone, customer give to me with Error : Unable to find a bootable option
