I try with hard reset and also fail software + factory reset unsuccessful
is it hardware

Please give me MainSetup.exe file. My pc can't extract any ZIP/RAR file. It's my PC problem. So i need EXE file. Please help me by provide Setup.EXE. Thanks.

What is the essence of updating the dongle?. I mean dongle not the software.
