Hello. Check your Proxy/Firewall settings.
If you use WinXP - then you can't use new NaviManager mode and can't download some latest FW's. We will try fix WinXP support soon.

good.. please team add auto backup simlock for bb5 phone like that asha series ex: 302,500,etc... before flash......best make backup rpl before flash but not include simlock..and the phone lose data simlock...and after load backup rpl not solution...
