USB Flashing improved
- MTKx: FlashEngine updated and revised
`Repair` option revised and improved
Some other bugfixes and improvements

Service operations improved
- MTKx: `Repair MAUI` option removed as outdated. Use `Repair` mode during flashing instead

User Data Operations improved
- NXP: PhoneBook extraction improved
- MTKx: PhoneBook extraction revised for new SW versions

NaviManager updated
Nokia FiRe is dead now, old download way not possible.
DB completely revised and updated
File Verification improved
Some connections and other problems should be fixed now (at least many of them)

Hello. Open BEST folder.
Find best.ini file. Open it with notepad.
Find [server] section. ( In End of file )
Find "Schan" parameter. Change it from 1 to 0. Save file.
Try again after.
