[BEST] support area access is exactly the same as Infinity-Box/Dongle.
Just login to your IOS account and click to [BEST] support area link.

What is the result ?

just edit best.ini file and edit these lines you'll be directed to support from soft
server-1=http://dl1.infinity-best.com/download/
server-2=http://dl2.infinity-best.com/download/
