Best work with version 2.10 it is not working with 2.19 & 2.21 it is asking dongle not found but 2.10 it is working plz give solution.

Hello,

- Run DongleManager.exe
- Read Box/Dongle serial number (S/N)

DongleManager is here - Index of pub/

Send Box/Dongle info text to [email protected]
DO NOT send screenshot/pictures - just copy/paste text from software window to your message

It can not be true "no reply". Double check your mailbox !
