Few days ago you was posting in BEST section so called "cracked" version, which was contain virus inside.
Fault - downloading cracked software, which contains trojan and other wild horses.
So, if you now not a scammer, which was stole your account - you should contact with Infinity and try discuss your dongle repair.
So, now all clear?

however.(someone stole my account)ok
but not cheat:not steal anyone:not broken(cracked)dongle.
I paid for your dongle.so I do not see why motivation i use cracked

You have your BEST Dongle on your hands, no problem with it, you can use it for any purposes.
But software provided by us do not work with dongles that was used for crack attempts.
