Hi,

My dongle work with version 2.10 but not working on2.21 I have already mail to [email protected] but 3mail got but smae issue after that they are not responding plz help.[img=http://s32.postimg.org/sfx2s013l/image.jpg]

Hi,

Now it is working fine from 3 month I am facing this problem it is working with 2.10 version only when upgraded to 2.18, 2.19 & 2.21 this error dongle not found restart the software. Ok any have now it is working if any problem i will conecting you.

Dear Sir,

Meaasge "Dongle not found" means you must connect Dongle to PC well.
Check that you have connected dongle to pc, check your pc, check usb port, reboot pc, check nthat smart-card inserted well into card-reader

Same port same driver version 2.10 it is working fine but version 2.21 is installed then it is asking for dongle. dongle is already connected driver installed every think is ok why the dongle not detect in new version 2.21.

Hello,

1. Update your Card-Reader Drivers:

- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f

Download files here - Index of pub/drivers/

Also you can insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader.

2. Run DongleManager.exe
3. Update Dongle firmware now ONLY ONE TIME now


- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid forever-blocked Dongle !
- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 (three) tries

Not only Today always same issue some time it is detect, 2.10 versition it working fine 2.21 version dongle not detecting. Tell me any drivers issue ,
