5.Restart Computer ( it is very important )

6.Install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.10.000 ( during installing it will ask you to do you want to install new drivers press yes )

7.Plug Ufs with your pc or laptop ( i have laptop ) it will install drivers without any error

8.Open Best -> settings -> connect settings -> select ufs

Now you are ready to use !!
just tested on one Nokia 5800 to test , this one my own mobile so i just test it with boot only i do not want to flash my own mobile

If you can run [BEST] software at your PC this means that you have Drivers installed already.
Anyway, I suggest you to update Drivers with latest: Infinity-Box - Support

you can use Dongle only(without UFS)
download drivers from support site only..

You have updated dongle firmware to latest version well 2 months ago.
What is the problem with dongle now ?

I was faced with driver problem after converting my windows from win8 to win7 64 bit. this is how i got myself from the mess. download this driver "Fetian_FT2K_64" from infinity best support.
extract it and from device manager using manual install, locate this file "Rockey5" and your problem is solved.
