infinty team please help


hello
The problem in the best dongle
I use this program in the definition of the dongle
instDrv_stdRK200
And when it is used everything is fine and works dongle
But when you turn off the computer and try it again Broken
Rang CHEk Error message appears
Or dongle is not connected
Please help me quickly
Because my work is dependent

Hello. When you send pc to suspend mode - it, seems, going to power save mode and disconnect usb. If BEST running - after wake up - it will not find dongle.

What is the error exactly ?
Have you tried to read Dongle data with DongleManager ?

Hello,

As I can see there is no any problems with your Dongle.
Please, explain step by step when you see the errors.

Also I suggest you to update drivers:
