please team i have my infinity dongle and now anytime i try to download normal full flash file it always says error something went wrong and i should check my internet connection and proxy settings i have try on different machines still the same problem but am able to download eno files only bellow is the error details

IDM initializing, wait...
Checking access to Products folder...
Folder for RM-941 exist
Prepare done, collect info
Can't connect to server

Check your internet , proxy

Something went wrong
