Licence file corrupt or invalid - GSM-Forum

i bought activation for best for my infinity box but when i try to run my program its giving me the message licence file corrupt or invalid.i have sent my details with the attachment of the generated file to support @bb5.com but no answer.anyone knows how to fix this problem

Delete old ask.dat files from BEST folder.
Fill license again.
