Looking for usb key. Please help - GSM-Forum

I have been trying to open up bst. However when the dongle is connected it keeps looking for usb key . I tried using zadig to change device driver. The one thing i noticed is that my dongle comes up as a usb serial controller. Instead of a "USB key" Like in the tutorial. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
