before flashing phone worked fine.ifter flashing it's want network pin

Yeah. All WP7x series. There exist some ways, I hope, I add something to detect locked it or not.

it will be very helpful if u do such things.
some phones also contain custom firmware those also locked after flash.

This can be fixed with BEST well (I'm talk now about L800/L710 and their modifications).
In BEST 1.72b - all it added and working well.
