Lumia 510 show This card can only be used on specific networks.. but dongle show === SimLock ===
State : Not Found [Not Locked]

Where is problem? How to Know Network?

then why show sim status not locked?

This is BUG in software just ignore it and if after enter simcard ask for code mean phone is locked.
