Lumia 520 can't unlock !!!!??????

Hi,
when i enter the unlock code to unlock Lumia 520 appears " incorrect PIN code " and 9 remaining attempts, when i retried appears " error SIM ".

when i restart the phone to retry again i found 10 remaining attempts !!!!,
when i entred the code also same errors !!!!!.

pllllllllllllllz how to solve ????

I've already hear about such problem.
Try flash latest FW and make unlock again.

After Flash FW ,Same problem !!! .

Then it mean only direct unlock can help and code unusable for now. Not have such sample, to try test and find something.
