you should install nokia emergency driver package
if still detect as qualcomm diag then manually select drivers from "device manager"

and flash with nokiacaresuit 100% workin

Then start write correct questions.
Install driver forced ( by hands mean ) on support exists extracted driver package for XP. Use it.
