Hello. Charge battery for start.
Dead phone will NOT charge it. Just for info.
then flash again. If device will detect as Emergency ( hope you installed drivers from support ) - tick BOOT REPAIR ( download latest LumiaRepairPackage) and flash it.

Bad luck then - it not have FireHose data.
Only JTAG or eMMC.
Next time use latest drivers, short usb cable and fully charged battery.
