Lumia 620 rm-846 after flash touch not work

today i am download latest firmware in best but touch not work
than download this (RM846_1030.6407.1308.0003_RETAIL_apac_prc_225_03_ 146329_prd_signed.ffu) version in other site and flash with best .
finally touch work perfect.

Because mobile have ugly quality chinese touch. When user make update over FOTA - it will stop work again.
