hey I am trying to download the file using navimanager but when clk download I alwas get this error

Connect phone on selected interface...
IDM initializing, wait...
Checking access to Products folder...
Folder for RM-942 not exist. Attempt to create
Access Error!!!
Check product folder settings, select correct one
Run BEST as Admin (right click on BEST.exe - Run as Admin)
Something went wrong
Closing Zune and Launcher process...

Check your AV , system path and where is set product path. You also can change it to another one. Should work.
