Lumia 710 phone off how to solve? - GSM-Forum

I have this lumia 710 and have flashed it with both RM-803 and RM-809 but the phone could not get service,if on without sim it says SIM ERROR but with sim it can on well but says PHONE OFF even after I offed the air plane,please how will I solve this problem.

done it now but no way,please any other thing?

And there is one thing,at the back of that phone they wrote the model 703 but the product type is of that of Nokia lumia 710 which is RM-803.I didn't know if this info will help somebody to find out what is the problem.

And again,sometime the airplane will be on if I tried to off it,it can't off,some time it offs [but even if it offs the problem of the PHONE OFF is still there] and am wondering much of using two product type [i.e RM-803 and RM-809] to flash it and with both it on well except that problem of PHONE OFF please somebody help me out.
