All phones(samsung-Nokia-HTC....etc) with windows mobile 7.5 to 7.8 as 610 ,710,etc partially Arabic Supported (only browsing /sms ....etc ) not Arabic interface
Full Arabic supported begin from windows mobile 8 with lumia 520,620, 820, 920, ...etc and any phone with wm8
