lumia 800 can't be detected in OSBL mode - GSM-Forum

I have a lumia 800 that I need to unlock but it can't be detected by software in QSBL mode even drivers are installedcorectly ,on normal mode all ok... tryed on windows XP and Windows 7 and the same, I tryed to flash the phone but the same,here is flashing log:

Connect phone on selected interface...

Phone found!
WP7x Nokia Phone detected
Read info... Ok

Core : v2.28 , WP7x FlashEngine : v8.3

Reset EFS : Enabled
Secure Erase : Disabled

Check files done, All files are Ok

Phone disconected!

Connect phone on selected interface...

Need to restore DLOAD driver first.

After BL unlock need relock it back before flashing factory files.
