Select rm - select "use filter", enter pc, now select versions, and Best show in pc tab region info.
Via PC I can see - CV DE - country variant Deutsch. Mean not locked.

Ok i have problem with fighting this:
-select "use filter" (i can't see on this tab this function)
-enter pc (do you mean connect phone to PC)?
