I have got rooted lumia 800, rm-801, client enter 10 times wrong PIN, and 32 times wrong PUK code, and now coutner is blocked. How Can I unlock it? Is no service now and don't ask for a PUK code or PIN... Any ideas? Can I reset this counter?

Ok, sorry

because I need quick answer, I will test it. I've got info from client that somebody root this mobile via cyclone. And use nsspro 0.5, it will reset codes on zeroes. And thahs why blocked counter

because write zeroes in PIN and PUK... and didn't work. After that he use again nsspro .05 and do the same: 'unlock lumia - alternative search for old PC' and 'unlock'. I don't know if something can damage but I hope that my best infinity key can repair it.
