Dzirt i want to ask you what is benefit to restore BL afer unlok?

When BL is UNLOCKED - customer can't update phone , and if try - he sure press "FORMAT" button, when windows ask. It will kill phone until you not recover it via TP.
So, when BL locked - phone has fully working, update able condition and no risk to kill it by mistake.
