Lumia 920 Red screen

Lumia 920 AT&T after reflash not boot. Screen red with nokia on it. How to fix it?

Also I need to add languages by flashing Rogers' firmware. Is it possible to do it with BEST?

BEST can flash phone, but if phone not accept FW - it will not work. You will have same result as with your first try.
Such method, as reflash older for flash other - is not right. "users" always make things too much complicated. So, if check problem exactly - you can flash same or upper version without problem. Roll back possible, but not always work well.
That is result after my week play with few lumia's.

Phone had lock but I was pretty sure I upgraded firmware. Anyway are there any method to add languages?
