Seems as there some problems with your system and drivers, there should be just one device.

Anyway try connect it few times in dead mode ( follow SW help , when press flash button ) and repeat that 2-3 times. Probably, it will install all correctly and flashing will start.

Still no luck :/ it doesnt detect lumia in download mode or dead mode

Hello,
In device manager it is showing two devices simultaneously.
Care suite USB connectivity
Win USB devices....

It should show only one device.
So uninstall all the drivers first, then reinstall again..
If same problem persists, time to resurrect your OS...

That didnt help either, wouldn't want to resurrect my OS, but i found a helpful video, but cant manage to find that driver https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TjAehQK7KJ0

I also have atf tried same drivers etc, nothing

Maybe its a hopeless case for me.

Does device manager detect anything when you connect powere off device with hold volume key?

Unfortunately no, it detects only powered on devices or test mode, weird thing is that it even flashes newer lumias with eno file.

If PC not detect it in flash mode - there nothing can help, try on another one.

Yes, i tend to think that the chipset of my pc is too new for these lumias.
