Can u please help me. I used best to unlock lumia the credits are deducted but the phone is still locked. It gives error like sdauth sx4 connection failed. Phone is rm974. Wish I get help. The

1.open best dongle
2.click windows8/10
3.connect phone in power on condition
4.check best dongle automatic detected ur phone
5.click read info
6.click Misc
7.click sim lock(it ask for test mode)
8.click windows test mode*
9.close best
10.go to infinity setup folder
11.change log in user name
12.again open best
13.sim lock*
14.sd auth*
15.direct unlock
