I was ask about PRODUCT CODE.
This error mean Certificate Not accepted.
Possible things : Flashing not correct firmware (not able region) or manipulated BOOT.

With XP will be hard install drivers. Just install latest NCCD driver and WinUSB driver and try connect phone few times in "dead" mode.

no sucess phone still asking for drivers i guess need zune software instaled and cant find it for xp32 bit, i love to use xp, so no any onother solution?

This drivers applicable only for Alive phone.
For Dead flashing and flashing - needed WinUSB driver installed.
