Download via NaviFrim latest 20 SW release and flash it again. You trying flash SW10, it old for now.
Also - Try first do wipe via WIPE button. Press Connect/Info button. Insert usb cable into phone. When BEST read info - press WIPE button. Wait, till finish. After - reflash phone again. Better, if will be used Latest Firmware 20.

Will this update be to repair UNABLE TO USE THIS SIM CARD IN DEVICE on N900????? If so what is the procedure.

If phone NOT accepts any sim - CMT damaged - Downgraded ( just flash latest SW21 for N900 ) or HW error - Rehot RAPU CPU.
If phone locked - need unlock it by operator code.

salam...need some help for flashing n900..phone was restarting on nokia logo...i did flash with atf and mx and even meamo flasher via command promt...but same condition...now i want to flash it with emmc file..i m trying with best dongle and folow your procedure but i got this error message...

Hello. Why you select MeeGo in generation? N900 - Maemo.
Hints when you move cursor to button will show you this.
Select Maemo, repeat procedure again.
