Hi
I have dead E52 (only vibrate). I read full flash and tried to recover SL data but result is always the same also when try with Restore SL from phone

Hello.
No, something strange in windows, seems, it not allow create files.
Try run BEST as admin, or if not luck - send SPR file to [email protected]

I don't think it's windows fault bcos other flashes can be extracted without problem

Yes it was locked, but some year ago I calculated code for this phone and I found it

anyway isn't it strange that I read full flash of unlocked phone and rpl was locked

It is Ok.
Rpl is a Factory - so, if locked - it will locked.
Send me code for it, please and readed pm from it now.
