during flash gives me this error: Error : 06 : Data Partition Not Found! Seems as damaged

Hello, did you use correct PC (as in back sticker) for this phone?
Charge battery fully , and then flash again with "recovery flashing" ticked.

I've seen few times - some users help 2-3 times flashing.
Probably - some partitions fault, or something else.
My alive after 10 attempts of flashing with global variant and RU , BY variants as well.

I tried everything but the problem is not resolved, the phone is a flash 30 times and then restart again in this mode

Does side keys and power on keys are Ok? What happen if insert just a battery to phone?

The phone is brand new out of the box and in this state the first power on.
insert battery of the phone, phone not power on, I power on the phone.
The buttons are ОК.

Vid/Pid normal for UEFI Mode.

Probably - it can be defect from start , something like eMMC fault. But not sure.

Will play with my test phone and different FW's more today.

try hard reset:

For WP8:
POWER OFF THE PHONE FIRST

Press the POWER button until it vibrates then release the POWER button.

QUICKLY press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button until an EXCLAMATION MARK is displayed/shown.

Press the magic buttons in order: VOLUME UP, VOLUME DOWN, POWER and VOLUME DOWN quickly.

Wait until TWO rolling GEARS appears, this means that setting to FACTORY DEFAULTS is being initiated.

Phone will restart but will take time just be patient.

All done. Now setup your phone as if it is BRAND NEW!

Press and hold the three magic buttons: CAMERA, VOLUME DOWN, POWER until phone vibrates.

In most cases need Flash. HardReset will work, when counter down to zero.
Also, if remove battery during count on internal clock will reset - this will be fun with thousand hours
