1. disable at your PC this process to avoid future software conflicts and block: esdusbmon
2. update smart-card ONLY ONCE with DongleManager.

at the same time my 2 dongle block
try this
1. disable at your PC this process to avoid future software conflicts and block: esdusbmon
2. update smart-card ONLY ONCE with DongleManager.
