| my best dongle detected as unknown hardware hello. i am testing my infinity best in many pc but always detected as unknown hardware. |

| i remove the sim czrd in the dongle and after some times i test it without sim the green light is on . but when i reinstal the sim my pc syas again unknown hardware . and the green light is off |

| finaly it worck. by opening dongle and cleanin resoldring and isolate the capasitor with the nearest ic . thinks to all. |
