my best dongle showing (unknown ) error


hello best team my dongle from last few month i am cant use ,when i am going to best software open its show some error messege.below i am attach as a screen shot.i am changed pc,used lastest best exe,but same.in my pc i try another best dongle its working fine .pls solved my issue

Was used some sniffing/sharing software. Dongle blocked. Use search for fix problem. Or read info with Dongle Manager. It will say exactly.

thats means its have to solved myself,from best team will not get any advice,if i cant solved myself so can i through in durstbin,
