I am not sure but there is a chance that your damage dongle when you have made a fake screenshots and other similar work for other team.
if you can explain what was your steps, what you have tried to do with dongle, what tools you have used - this may helps to understand what is the problem reason.

this is my own dongel and i am
your user - if i found any problem
you should solve without any issue

approx 1 month gone but no any proper reply from your team

i not used any thing - and i never use any kinds of software - which you thinking about

i am just simple guy like other not a hacker or cracker

so i ruqest to you pls solve my problem as soon as possibel

if you cant solve than

people told me that given S/N has been used by user http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/member.php?u=2087865 earlier to make fake test reports.
do you think it's true or not ?
have you bought your dongle from official seller ?

so whats wrong? he is my broter and that account is my brother - he is from punjab

before he useing dongel - after faceing problem - he send me dongel to solve dongel issue - so i posted here - now pls solve this issue?

It looks like your brother have made something strange with the dongle and dongle become damaged. ask your brother to post in this thread full information regarding the issue.

Dear Sir,
Do you remember what have you tried to do with the dongle ?
If you say "unblock" this means you know something.
Have you tried to make any kind of tests or any crack etc. ?

run dongle manager and read details of dongle. copy/paste here full text.
do you see any error message ?

plz fix this
Have you installed special FT2000 drivers ?
if yes - update dongle now.
if no - do not update dongle because you can kill dongle in this case
