From time to time "smart" users make fake test reports for other teams and that activity may be harmful for dongle. Do you remember what have you tried to do with the dongle ? If you say "unblock" this means you know something. Have you tried to make any kind of tests or any crack etc. ? @$ktelecom run dongle manager and read details of dongle. copy/paste here full text. do you see any error message ?
