N9 complete and simple flashing way - GSM-Forum

I have n9 with security code and one with just show nokia. I want to know complete and simple ways to flash n9 and also for remove security code. also i need a good link for download flash file. because i download with navifirm but i file is short. so i need some other link. Please any body help me. i read too many post but i cannot understand. please somebody do it for me. thanks in advance.
