navi base firmware downloading error - GSM-Forum

INFINIT TEAM
i install 2.18 & 2.19 and navi base 1.5 &1.6 both ver but when firmware file downloading showing this error massage on today & previous tow days
Card found: S/N : ************
Registered to: bhaskar

Connect phone on selected interface...

SSChannel : Create SC
SSChannel : Failed to get info!
ErroInfo : Unable connect to SRV
then i use this method

Something wrong with internet.
Use Torrent/Tracker OR tick " copy links " option.

Use "Copy Links" feature for now. Have no idea what wrong with your system.
