Still not working downgrade nokia 700? from 113.... to lower version?

One c6-00 first of all imei 123456 I buy rpl then all ok but when I trun on phone Nokia hang I try to flash with same product code but same then itry to erase I back upSim lock and rpl then I flash again but phone only vibrate and not com to test mode and also no disply show I write firmwear with eno file same problem plz help me

i need eno for c5.06 rm-816
i write C5-03 rm697_ENOwk2011_0009 but phone not local mode
i write RM816_WK20.6.038_v0.007_ENO_JD.fpx_cry whit best dongle but not local mode
i write rm697_ENOwk2011_0009.fpx_cry but not accept this file

i buy rpl and write to phone But I can not write pm Because The phone is not local mode!!!

plz help meeeeeeeeeee
