Hi, I've bought nokia lumia from china. Every is working fine except some restrict apps that I can't download such as facebook. Am I able to flash the the phone to different firmware? Please help!

In BEST NaviManager all exist.
You can't cross-flash to other RM, so, check in list need region and flash it.

Yes I've downloaded the flash files but the procedure stopped when it setting to OSBL mode. phone not found.
I think i might need a dirver for it. Please help!

On support : WinUSB driver. Install it.
Reboot PC.
Connect phone in dead mode. Press flashing without connected phone and follow SW instructions.
