Hello,

Please explain what is the problem exactly.
Do you see any error messages by software ?
Where is your [bEST] installed ? Is it c:/BEST or other folder ?
What is your OS type ?

Hello,

Delete old ASK file (if it exist) from c:\InfinityBox\BEST
Disable your Firewall and/or Antivirus software and run software again.

What is the results ?

software say : liscence_best ????????.ask created - ok


and say BUZY IN BOTTOM barre in software


and it's freez

Remove both files. Check you firewall and antivirus. Run BEST again and fill license.

Hello,

29 Jan 2014 50+ users have received license files so I think there is no any problems with server.

What to do:

Disable your PC Firewall or give enough access for BEST.exe !

1. Close [BEST] software
2. Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder
3. Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
4. Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
5. Run [BEST] software
6. Enetr your data and get new licence file

Do not request license file more than 3 times per day !
If you have requested license more than 3 times today - you must wait until tomorrow.
