i did every thing change PC change usb port reinstall windows reinstall drivers else .......... suddenly one day he was working one time and after put out the usb port and again put in to usb port then not working best software show Best dongle is not connected i change the dongle Sim socket but no success .......... still i loss my best dongle till i use best dongle cracked its not enjoy able to use cracked software plz recover my best dongle i want to use original......... *** blessed you | |

Also you can try to heat smart-card little bit, this may solve the problem if it was contacts problem. Also we can try to re-program this card remotely, but if cards become damaged physically this operation may not helps. |

smart card is ok and perfect i think the fault in the dongle parts may be dongle chips ic are damaged | |
