Dear team ! I just bought this infinity-best dongle,
Card found: S/N : 9F186439 , v0137
License file not found :(
file C:/Infinity Box/BEST/license_best_9F186439.ask created - ok

It cannot create license file through my username (olufemi)and gmail ([email protected]

And I can't find it through my Gmail inbox or spam.
Pls I need help urgently.

same problem

disable Firewall unistall antivirus .Reinstall system. use workng Three mail adress can't solved problem.Create file *.dat file but 0 kb.Click create buton software freezin and not responding.change card reader same problem

Firmware version: 0122.02
Pls help

Hello,

Disable your PC Antivirus/Firewall or give enough access for BEST.exe !

- Close [BEST] software
- Install [BEST] software version 2.29 or higher !
- Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
- Run [BEST] software
- Enter your GOOD WORKING e-mail address and you will get new licence file via e-mail

Same problem, it is always hang on

I format my pc scan it disable antivirus and firewall. Nothing done. Please help.

use vpn . donglemanager check update no problem but licance window click create buton freeze program.C:/InfinityBox/BEST/license_best_C5528B66.ask/ created

No not VPN , I used another PC and immediately done and after 10min they sent the license through my Gmail and working perfectly.

This means it was some kind of firewall and/or antivirus block at your first PC.
