bro in dead mode only flashing supported to read info,pass.etc you need to phone in normel,local or test mode. to read info first on the phone and insall drivers and select pc suite after this all options(read info,pass etc) highlighted automatically

all driver ok but not showing any option first time use

When you connect phone - it will show all.
