i have nokia 220 Which problem is HANg On Nokia i try ito format orfactory reset But Nothing and then i try it to full flash But still after attaching its on Automatically.
How to Recover it its Rm-969?

Dead Mode is Selected

2. Battery must be charged and inserted! ( if not used external power )

Hello.
Probably it is some HW damage, because I tested on my phones in all cases in variants - if phone hw alive - it connect and work.
Anyway - try with BEST 1.93. Will be after few hours.
