i have use 2.29 read firmware but can i use this firmware use 1.08 flash

If you want make FW from dump - then no, that option not supported. Only direct from device.
Check support area, there should be in most cases FW for all major regions.
If not and your dump contain some non-present lang on support - send me dump, will make fw.
